Scope

The Rockhampton–Yeppoon Road (Road ID: 196) is a state-controlled road link between Rockhampton and Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast. This project involves the duplication of two lanes for carriageway for 6.1km.
The scope of works includes:
• PUP protection and relocation
• Demolition works
• Traffic management
• Environmental management
• Drainage (RCPs and RCBCs)
• Earthworks and subgrade treatments
• Unbound pavements
• In-situ stabilised pavements
• Asphalt and surfacing works
• Road lighting
• Road furniture
• Signage
• Landscaping
• Line marking

Service Provided

CPP has been engaged by WSP to perform cost estimating services in line with the quote supplied by CPP to WSP. The scope of services has been developed to align with the project owner’s specifications for the services and include the following tasks and deliverables.

  • P50/90 cost estimate report
  • Construction program
  • Risk Simulation with Monte Carlo risk analysis and @Risk
