Muriel Henchman Park Improvements
Muriel Henchman Park is a popular access point to the Gold Coast Broadwater and Seaway for the community and commercial organisations. The Gold Coast Waterways Authority have begun construction of the Spit Master Plan Construction, with expected completion in mid-2024 offering a total of six boat ramp lanes (two boat ramps), an upgraded pontoon, a new floating walkway on the northern boat ramp, 160 trailer parks, 144 car parks, 6 car parks for people with disabilities, line marking, pathways, landscaping, public toilets, and a shade shelter.
