Inland Rail (Parkes to Narrabri)
Civil Project Partners performed work on the first contract of Inland Rail, Parkes to Narromine section, with the InLink JV comprising of Fulton Hogan and BMD. A tender planner supplemented the team and was present throughout the tender period and also through the negotiation period. The Inlink JV was ultimately successful in securing the $310M contract assisted by the ability for the tender team to understand the methodologies, time-frames and resource allocations using the expertise of our planner applying our P6 and TILOS software tools.
