Scope

The Griffith Arterial Road Cycleway was planned along Granard Road, Riawena Road and Kessels Road, passing through the suburbs of Archerfield, Salisbury, Coopers Plains, Nathan, Macgregor and Upper Mount Gravatt. The main works of this shared user path project generally involve:

  • Land resumptions
  • PUP relocations and protection works
  • Accommodation works to residential driveways
  • Intersection signals and streetlighting amendments and upgrade
  • Earthworks and subgrade treatments
  • Pavement works
  • Surfacing and asphalt works
  • Concrete footpath works
  • Signage and road furniture
  • Line marking
  • Landscaping

Service Provided

Civil Project Partners were engaged by BG&E to perform cost estimating and audit services in line with the quote supplied by Civil Project Partners to BG&E. The scope of services has been developed to align with the project owner’s specifications for the services and include the following tasks and deliverables.

  • Provide a construction program in P6
  • Cost estimate services in Expert Estimate 2014
  • Assist in the development of RCP and the Risk Register
  • Risk analysis utilising Monte Carle Simulation using @Risk modelling
  • Provide a cost estimate report detailing the P50/ P90 values.
