Coomera Connector – Stage 1 North
The Coomera Connector Stage 1, often referred to as Queensland’s “Second M1,” is a significant infrastructure project aimed at enhancing transportation between Coomera and Nerang on the Gold Coast. Spanning approximately 16 kilometers, this new motorway is designed to alleviate congestion on the existing Pacific Motorway (M1) by providing an alternative north-south route.

Scope
Stage 1 North is a 4-kilometre section of the project extending from Shipper Drive to Helensvale Road. The scope includes cost estimating for bulk earthworks, pavement construction, and surfacing works.
