Caboolture-Bribie Island Road
Civil Project Partners was engaged by SMEC to provide a P50/90 Cost Estimate for the Caboolture-Bribie Island Road. The total package of works is valued circa ~$50M in 2019 includes a road duplication and new bridge. The project subsequently progressed through Options Analysis, Business Case and Detailed Design and is being progressively let to the market in 2020. Subsequent to the first package of works being released in early 2020, Civil Project Partner’s comparable submission schedule at Detailed Design was within the range of tenders received at the time of tendering to the market.
