Welcome Marty
On the back of recent growth and project successes, we are delighted to welcome Marty Tilbury to the team in the role of Civil Estimator.
Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from New Zealand’s University of Canterbury, Marty has worked on projects across New Zealand, Australia and PNG as a site and project engineer.
“I’ve been fortunate to have worked on a range of bridge, road and tunnel projects and my site experience is invaluable in my role as an estimator. When you have been on site for over eight years, you know far more about the realities of a project and the challenges and risks associated with the delivery of works.”
“Working with Civil project Partners is a great opportunity to move from site to a specialist role and I’m looking forward to working with the team in this next stage of my career, building further skills and experience to support their clients,” said Marty.
Ryan O’Neill welcomed Marty to the team.

Outside of work, Marty is a self-confessed sport tragic admitting that if he isn’t playing sports, he is watching sport.
